Most minibuses require the driver to have D1 entitlement on their licence, but this lightweight minibus is a Peugeot Validated Conversion – one of only two in the UK – and is the only minibus not requiring a D1 licence to be EC Whole Vehicle Type Approved. The Minibus Lite is available in a choice of 3 specifications ranging from a 15 seater to 17 seats with wheelchair ramps, and a 17 seater with inboard passenger lift and removable seats for wheelchair passengers, whilst still benefitting from being a lightweight minibus that can be driven on a standard licence.
